TK Signature Return & Exchange Policy

At TK Signature, every item is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we ask that you carefully review our policy before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Custom apparel
  • Personalized embroidery
  • Custom gifts
  • Event and bulk orders
  • Items with names, initials, dates, logos, or special requests

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in its original condition
  • Tags and packaging are still attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by TK Signature.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.


Processing & Shipping

Standard processing time is typically:

  • 7–10 business days for custom orders

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may increase.

Custom Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom details before submitting their order, including:

  • Spelling
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Design requests

TK Signature is not responsible for customer-submitted errors once production begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages

TK Signature is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once your package has been shipped, delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
